HELP & SUPPORT
Clear answers.
Questions about prices, warehouses, accounts or reporting a shelf label.
Why is my warehouse showing national deals?
Warehouse prices must be checked locally. Until a warehouse has a recent verified feed, the app shows national online reductions separately.
Are crossed-out prices market prices?
No. A crossed-out price is Costco's own regular online price. Only cards labelled ‘below market’ use an exact outside-retailer comparison.
Why can the warehouse price differ?
Costco online prices can include delivery and may not match a warehouse shelf price. Every card says which type of price it uses.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to browse. Sign-in is required only for syncing personal data, enabling alerts or submitting a local shelf price for review.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile in the app, scroll to the bottom and choose ‘Delete account and data’, then confirm. This removes your profile, saved products, price reports, private evidence photographs, notification tokens and preferences. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address linked to your account.
How do local prices become verified?
A shopper submits the warehouse, product, shelf price and a shelf-label photograph. The private report is reviewed before an approved price appears, and it expires after seven days unless reconfirmed.
